We’re looking for experts in risk and compliance with experience in a highly regulated environment and a desire to lead by example while influencing real culture change. What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager – Risk Projects, you will lead and manage a mix of small to large scale risk and transformation projects taking responsibility of timelines, resources, quality, risk, budget, status reporting and change requests.
  • This will include PMO oversight and coordination for larger programs, supporting best-practice program governance.
  • Support the Projects team in managing the prioritised portfolio of Risk & Compliance initiatives.
  • Help to set the strategic direction of the Projects team and support other Risk & Compliance teams to help plan and execute new initiatives.
  • Collaborate and engage with all parts of the Risk & Compliance team and wider business and work to uplift risk capabilities in line with Tabcorp’s strategic vision.
  • You will foster best-practice project management discipline and a holistic risk approach within the team and provide mentoring to more junior colleagues.


What You’ll Bring
  • You will ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk or Finance and have a track record working on business and/or risk-related projects.
  • Proven experience in project management, management consulting, risk and/or compliance with a medium to large size corporate organisation.
  • A strong, practical understanding of leading project management practices, risk and compliance management practices and a commercial lens to risk management.
  • Ideally, you will have a recognised project management certification or credentials, such as PMP, CAPM or Diploma in Project Management or be working towards obtainment.
  • Most importantly, you will be self-driven with excellent organisational skills, the ability to influence stakeholders to drive change and proven experience managing teams.
