Join a reputable & well established Dealer Group in the Financial Services sector! You will be working closely with a large network of authorised representatives spanning across Australia.

The Advisor Services Officer is responsible for a comprehensive level of support and assistance to the network of Advisor Representatives to ensure consistent, reliable and professional communication is provided in a proactive and timely manner. You will need the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment where flexibility is required and expected.

Joining the Adviser Services team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Ensure all aspects of advisor liaison responsibilities are delivered effectively and efficiently to achieve quality relationships and to meet service standard expectations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to ensure excellent interpersonal skills are provided to internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrated experience with a dealer group to provide general compliance process support, training enquiry support and general liaison support to the network.
  • Demonstrated experience in on boarding new advisers.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with internal division to support the network needs.
  • A solid understanding of compliance requirements to underpin the commitment of training and supervision to the network.
  • The ability to work with the advisers to ensure the general obligations and organizational competence is being adhered to in all aspects of each authorised representative`s duties.
  • The ability to identify anomalies in the process and communicate to senior managers
What you will need to succeed:

As the successful applicant, you will have experience within Wealth Management firms previously. You will also have:
  • An understanding of the financial advice process to hit the ground running
  • The ability to understand and work to processes and deadlines and make improvements where required
  • Proficiency in Xplan system an advantage but not essential
  • A very proactive driven mind-set
  • A strong understanding of current Financial Planning legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Sound organisational planning and implementation skills, and demonstrated ability to apply them in rapidly changing business environments
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to inform or influence specific audiences
