How will I help?
Every St George branch is full of passionate people doing their bit to make a difference to their communities. As the Regional Manager, you’ll lead the charge with a team of Bankers and Home Finance Managers who use digital channels like video calling to help get our customers sorted when it comes to their finances. They engage with and manage customers who don’t have a local branch lender, or who are not able to get to a branch. And build great relationships along the way.

Using your local insight and experience, you’ll spot new opportunities and put together regional business plans that really work. All while delivering a customer service experience that stands out as the best in the area.

What do I need?
First, you’ll need around 3-5 years’ experience in people and business unit leadership experience – with a solid background in sales management and coaching as well.
