We are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Representative to work in our Gungahlin branch, who has a proactive and flexible approach to work and the willingness to work in a customer facing role in a retail banking environment.

About the role:
Having conversations with customers face to face and over the phone and helping them with their banking and insurance needs
Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position
Cash handling and balancing
Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
Administrative activities.

About you:
Experience in sales and service, preferably in retail, banking or hospitality
Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a highly regulated financial environment
Cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
An aptitude for technology with proficient computer and keyboard skills
Have a genuine interest in banking and finance and want to further your skills in this industry
Want to work with a highly trusted brand with a strong values base and community ties
Have a proactive and flexible approach to work, can apply initiative and juggle tasks and multiple activities
Genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping others, and working in a team to achieve common goals
Thrive on change and love learning new things to further develop your skills and proficiency.
