Your new company
A renowned global investment bank is looking for an experienced funds administrator to join this busy and collaborative team to assist the securities department with providing excellent client service both locally and globally. You will be liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders with sound knowledge of transfer agency and unit registry operations.

Your new role

  • Core Record Keeping
  • Instruction & document management
  • Transaction processing including, settlements of cash and reconciliations
  • Quality assurance checking and controls for processing
  • Tax and regulatory reporting
  • Reporting for Fund Manager, Investor and Dealer
  • Investor account set and configuration
  • Support obligations of Anti-Money Laundering, Know your Client and FATCA requirements
  • Client Support and Query resolution

What you'll need to succeed
You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have:

  • Funds administration experience within a similar environment (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability with transaction process and quality control (Required)
  • Unit Registry knowledge (Desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Desirable)
