How will I help?

Reporting to the COO, Auto Finance the Service Delivery Manager will Identify and support the end to end delivery of strategic and solutioning initiatives across the Auto Finance business including regulatory and remediation initiatives.

Other Day To Responsibilities Will Include
  • Identify and assess opportunities for simplification and change
  • Operate within the agile framework to formulate initiative delivery plans and execute on initiatives
  • Enhancing the Group’s reputation by efficiently responding to responses from regulators who are a critical stakeholder
  • Deliver on rectification of JUNO incidents and issues to improve risk and control environment
  • Act as a subject matter expert on projects/issues/remediation/regulatory activities as required
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers/suppliers

What do I need?

To be set up for success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong experience in project management with exposure to risk, remediation and/or regulatory initiatives
  • Experience in a Change or Continuous Improvement related role
  • Industry experience in Auto Finance will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
