What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement 12- 36 month product strategy, defining pursuit plans and product roadmaps aligned to the Employment Screening pillar of the business unit strategy
  • Drive revenue and EBIT growth in alignment with expectations whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Utilise customer, market & competitive insights to support product decision making, roadmap development and the validation and enhancement of value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product Engineering to define and implement effective Go-To-Market strategies and plans for new products and/or major features
  • Accountable for the P&L of the Employment Screening (B&G) portfolio
  • Provide leadership across the matrix organisation and navigate competing stakeholder priorities to place the customer at the forefront of decision making and drive accountability

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in Product Management or Product Marketing
  • Experience in developing digital product strategies and end to end product lifecycle management
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with a complex and multi-tiered stakeholder group in order to realise commercial outcomes
  • Extensive experience in business development including major customer negotiations, bids, contracts and joint business reviews. Proven experience / involvement in leading design sprints to develop ‘leading edge' commercially sound customer/product strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging customer insights to build and develop tailored, innovative and differentiated products and solutions
