Lead a team of Home Claims Assessors
2-year contract opportunity
Melbourne location

The Role

This role leads a team of Home Claims Assessors to provide on-site and virtual assessments to Home Claims customers. C8-10 FTE.

This includes the allocation and workload distribution to a team of assessing specialist based in a specific region and contribute to the technical development of Assessing and across Home Claims.

This is 2-year contract role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide people and technical leadership to the Internal Assessing team and various claims officers on home claims
Streamline assessing processes to reduce active claim life, including the design and implementation of process improvements following appropriate governance.
Identify and champion the implementation of key technology improvements and maximise the currently deployed systems - e.g. In4mo, Virtual Assessing
Oversight of the of the portfolio of claims assessments under management of an internal assessing team
Define and manage the assessing team’s quality framework and SLAs.
Overall responsibility of the management engagement and enablement of Internal Loss Adjustors workloads and performance against KRAs

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in successfully leading a team
Claims process knowledge
