About the role
This role of Process Improvement Specialist supports a centralised process engineering and automation team that internally consults on difficult to solve problems. This role will be embedded in the complaints space as the process improvement guru and go-to. Specifically these teams move at pace and need a strong team player to hit the ground running and contribute from day 1. This role is initially a 6 month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Use HCD principles and pragmatic thinking to break down complex problems across complaints
Engage with stakeholders to coach them through process change
Baselining and calling out actual problems, building backlog of work
Support project teams that are moving at breakneck speed

Skills & Experience

5 + years of process improvement experience as a Senior Process Analyst, Process Engineer or Senior BA
Demonstrated success creating problem statements and navigating complex process simplification
Process experience in banking and financial services
Excellent communication and business acumen - ability to tailor message to wide range of stakeholders
Minimum Green Belt certification
