The Role

Lead the Consumer Lending Support team and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through a focused approach to continuous learning and uplift of capability to Branches and Contact Centre. This a great opportunity to make this role your own as you drive process improvement across the consumer distribution area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of eight lending support specialists within the contact centres/branches
  • Drive workflow management of team; enable accession of team resourcing and scheduling
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve customer experiences and procedures
  • Oversee performance and development of a team through coaching and career planning
  • Contribute to work that supports business strategy including Consumer Distributions blended and digital strategies
  • Promote a positive change culture whilst understanding/supporting impacts on team

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in a frontline lending/business banking or operational leader role
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvement
  • Be adept at data analysis and problem solving
  • Proven experience in a customer focused environment
  • Experience in driving organisational change across teams
  • Significant financial services experience
