Support the development of a high performing and supportive team

How will I help?

You will perform quality checks in accordance with the Quality Assurance Framework which includes alerts for AML/CTF prior to submission to AUSTRAC. You will conduct internal peer reviews and analysis of secondary data such as audit/regulatory feedback/results, customer complaints and losses to determine if our quality checks are accurate, thorough and appropriate.

As an Analyst, you will provide support to the business through supporting system and process improvements, change requests, process / workbook / template reviews, feedback to peers. Also, you will analyse data, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, develop and implement appropriate action plans to meet customer and business goals.

You will work with other team members to upskill, develop and support other in the team through training and feedback to ensure a consistent and standard approach within the team. You will keep up to date on all relevant regulatory, policy and operational procedural changes.

What do I need?

You will have previous experience in data analysis, reporting and high level knowledge of banking processes end to end, as well as the individual functions throughout the process and understanding of overall business processes, support systems and tools.

You must have the ability to maintain and manage relationships with internal and external customers e.g. Team Members, Managers, Leaders and external parties and knowledge and application.
