This opportunity sits within Financial Advice. This business unit of highly experienced professionals provides financial advice to support our members financial wellbeing. We would like to see our members have the best chance of having the retirement of their dreams!
This role has become available due to an internal promotion. We like to offer career opportunities to grow and develop.
The role
Work with purpose! You’re be contributing to exceptional service to our members employers and each other. The client services coordinator provides administrative support implementing written recommendations for financial advice plans. You will work closely with our 3 private client advisers in our Adelaide office.
Duties will include:
Coordination of diaries, monitoring schedules and booking meeting rooms
Supporting planner by completing appropriate documentation and required identification
In some instances, acting as a contact point for clients
Using Xplan to manage workflow and store information
Maintaining a high level of accuracy compliance and confidentiality
To be successful you will need to have a good understanding of the financial planning process. You may have completed your RG146 or a Diploma in financial planning or have previous experience working in the industry.
You’re be comfortable working with a wide range of people. Able to understand the sensitivity and confidentiality required with financial documentation. Always a professional, you will be good at building relationships. A high attention for detail is a must. You will need to have good level of skill and experience with MS office and any financial planning software exposure is an advantage but not essential.
