The Role

When a customer enters one of our branches, they expect exceptional service and as Money Magazines Bank of the Year for three consecutive years, Suncorp delivers. By taking the time to understand each customer's financial needs we ensure we provide solutions to suit their lifestyle, giving our customer's confidence and peace of mind they are in good hands.

We have a part time opportunity for a Banking Consultant to join our friendly team in our Adelaide branch. This role is a part time opportunity with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

This is a customer facing and varied role where no two days are the same. As a Banking Consultant your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Identifying solutions to suit our customers’ financial needs
Contacting existing and previous customers to ensure their needs are being met and book follow up in store appointments
Completing over the counter transactions in an efficient and timely manner, catering to our customers’ busy lifestyles
Introducing, promoting and assisting customers with new and alternative digital banking solutions

Skills & Experience

Our Banking Consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all possess one key thing in common - their love for providing great customer service. Other qualities, skills and experience we look include:

Proven track record in a customer facing role
Strong attention to detail
Ability to establish and develop customer relationships
A confident user of technology and digital solutions
