POSITION SUMMARY

Corporate Access provides “access” to our institutional investor client base via a range of formats including meetings, conference calls, events and roadshows with listed corporates, government agencies, industry experts and unlisted companies.

In this role you will work closely with both Research and Sales teams to deliver a differentiated corporate access offering for both corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate for this position will have experience working within a similar role at another Broker, Investment Manager or Investor Relations Co-ordinator role and should demonstrate the following skills: 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ability to execute on Investor roadshows both domestically and offshore
  • Ability to drive all corporate access offerings: Conferences, NDRs, investor roadshows, tour schedules, site-visits and meeting arrangements
  • Entry of Access events into global roadshow system
  • Assisting Head of Corporate Access of with execution of Global Access events
  • Assisting with Pitchbook preparation for NDR pitching
  • Compiling meeting feedback from institutions for our Corporates
  • Maintaining the Corporate database
  • Assistance with event budgeting and various compliance checks for various speakers
  • Data entry and maintenance of the Australian events calendar
  • Preparation of the weekly Corporate Access email
  • Other ad-hoc projects and tasks for event logistics as assigned by Head of Corporate Access
