Key Responsibilities
  • Shape the culture within the team through driving behaviours that encourage customer centricity and accountability
  • Setting, managing and monitoring targets and KPI's and SLA's to maintain a high level of organisation across the team
  • Develop/lead and create strategic action plans to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Managing of all aspects of the arrears management and recovery/litigation activities
  • Delivery of end to end service experience for business lending, from application receipt to settlement
  • Grow and develop Bankers to ensure an engaged, customer focused team delivering superior customer outcomes and advocacy measures and financial returns.

Key Skills
  • Proven track record in delivering consistent results and working in business banking lending at management level
  • Extensive experience in the end to end commercial banking process
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to provide guidance to peers and business
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders in the Business
  • Excellent technical knowledge of business banking products
  • Tertiary and/or financial industry qualifications
