DXC Business Process Services (BPS) have an outstanding permanent opportunity for a number of Customer Service Representatives with a Banking and/or Finance background. These positions will enable you to deliver contracted services in accordance with business policies and procedures to DXC’s clients across a number of teams. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with full training and ongoing support provided, this may be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities may include:
Handling customer enquiries and service requests.

Meeting settlement deadlines.

Manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.

Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Document examination with an eye for detail.

Ensuring compliance with DXC and customer’s Human Resources, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies and processes.

Skills & Experience Required:
Experience within the banking/financial services sector preferred

A proven track record either working in Data Entry, Settlements or as Documentation Officer (or similar)

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients

Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity

Please note: Hours of operation 7am - 7pm with flexibility for the right candidates. Work from home also available after proof of proficiency.
