A Big4Bank is looking to fill multiple positions within the Commercial Loan Originations space based in Sydney.

The Teams

  • Mail Inbound Team
  • Printing Team
  • Guarantor Information Packs (GIP) Team
  • Trust Investigations Team
  • Stage Gate Doc Prep Team
  • Stage Gate V&V Team
  • Escalations Team


Customer Service Specialists (Processing)

Sydney Location - Redfern

12-month contracts - potential to extend or go perm for the right candidates

$30.49 p/h - $35 p/h (depending on level of experience)

Full time roles - 38 hours per week, with the potential to do overtime

The Roles

Mail Inbound, Printing, GIP & Trust Investigations Teams

  • These Team work on back office processes and do not deal directly with stakeholders as much as the other teams. However, delivering a high level of customer experience should still be a focus.
  • These processes are simpler, and all Teams are established functions in Commercial Loan Originations.

  • Escalations & Stage Gate Teams

  • These roles are processing but have more of a customer service focus as there is a need to speak with internal stakeholders on the phone. However, this role is not a contact centre role and there is not a need to speak with customers.
  • Suitable candidates will have prior customer service experience.
  • For the Stage Gate Teams specifically, there is a need for a process improvement skill set and contractors should be willing to offer their input and test processes. This is because Stage Gate Teams are a newer function in the Commercial Loan Originations space.

    • Commercial banking knowledge is highly desirable but not necessary.
