Do you have a passion for people, planning and problem solving? Do you want to take your career to the next level and be part of a dynamic in-house global team? We're looking for a Business Manager to join our Global Program Office within our Financial Crime Risk team. You will support the Head of the Financial Crime Risk Global Program Office and interact with a variety of global internal stakeholders.

You will drive and assist implementation of projects, events and initiatives and coordinate outcomes to support the ongoing performance and operations of Financial Crime Risk, and you will develop inputs and reporting for leadership meetings and will work with the Head of the Global Program Office to provide input into internal communications planning and execution across various channels including Workplace and Town Halls.

You will be heavily involved with the operational performance of the Financial Crime Risk division including assessing and reviewing finances and inputting into budget discussions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with highly talented individuals. You will have strong numerical and analytics skills. You will be a strong collaborator with other business managers and the teams across RMG. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal and be able to deliver key messages succinctly and effectively. You will also interface well and have credibility with senior leaders.

You will have demonstrable experience in a similar Business Manager type role with strong planning and prioritization skills – an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, keeping visibility on urgency/importance and re-adjusting prioritization as needed and remaining agile. There is a need to be able to drive initiatives autonomously, keeping the Head of the Global Program Office, the Global Head of Financial Crime Risk and the broader Financial Crime Risk leadership team up to date as needed.
