Sitting within the BT Customer Service Delivery area, the Process Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal Business Project solutions are achieved through best class process review, build/design & work flow implementation to ensure quality completeness and useability for our stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to recommend solutions that enable our business to achieve targeted outcomes and deliver value. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a strategy to investigate & analyse business problems, as well as identify improvement opportunities in business processes, policies and information systems.

This is a 12month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

What do I need?
Working on multiple projects at any given time, you will need to be a proven Process Improvement Manager, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance. More specifically, you will be responsible for Stakeholder Management and Communication, including building strong internal networks, Process Analysis; review, design, adapting (existing process) and building (new processes), Understanding workflow change and its impact on headcount (FTE), Manage process documentation deliverables and outcomes. Sign off process maps and governance of work instructions, Risk Management, ensuring project related risk (both project and operations) is within desired levels, ensure risk assessment and feedback on manual controls, Regular status reporting, including risk reports, Post Implementation Support to ensure business support is maintained before, during and after implementation, Continuous Improvement, to help Identify potential CI opportunities for future implementation.

Other attributes that could contribute to your success (but not required) include:

  • Wealth or insurance background
  • BA experience & Tertiary qualifications (university degree)
  • Exposure to work force planning/FTE projects,
  • Experience with workflow concepts
  • Experience with MS Visio
