How Will I Help?
As a Data Analyst your primary goal is to help the teams within Customer Banking Services (CBS) best utilise and understand their data. You will be accountable for the design, build and implementation of operational reporting, analytics and tactical automation solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives for the production teams with Customer Banking Services

This position exists to support all teams across CBS with the daily operations across multifunctional tasks located onshore and offshore.

What do I need?
You will have the ability to obtain, process and provide insights into large datasets with strong data extraction skills in SQL, experience with Python and/or SAS is desirable. You will be proficient in Tableau or an equivalent data visualisation tool with proven knowledge of Access Databases, VBA and SharePoint. Sound knowledge of banking products or experience in the financial services industry is desirable and you will have the ability to source and understand Business Requirements directly from Business Stakeholders.

You will be a critical / analytical thinker with well-developed written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to meet key performance indicators and meet strict deadlines. You will have the ability to learn multiple banking systems, procedures and operate efficiently across platforms and will be able to work in a structured environment.
