In your new role as the CSO, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Making sure the client’s meetings and processes afterwards are followed through
  • Manage planners’ calendars and appointments
  • Manage implementation of services for clients
  • Perform internal audit of client files by making sure files are compliant for Audit purposes
  • Handle client’s inquiries and complaints
  • Records all data in effective manner using Xplan, DocuSign, Spreadsheets and folders
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, service providers and landlord
  • Occasionally perform reception duties

To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a CSO within a financial planning firm. You will have experience working on XPLAN, working to compliance requirements and be comfortable working within a busy environment. You will also have experience supporting senior staff in a business when needs be. You will have:

  • strong organisational skills;
  • excellent presentation;
  • a positive attitude towards your job.
