Job Description

How will I help?

As Foundation Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the financial administration of the Westpac Scholars Trust and Westpac Foundation. You will have a key role in executing grant making activities required to support community and financial hardship grant programs, providing support to the scholarship selection panels and leadership development programs. With responsibility for the day-to-day configuration and administration of Salesforce, your accountabilities will extend to user maintenance and coordinating data quality checks. This position is a nine-month maximum term contract, on a part-time basis of three days per week.

What do I need?

  • Salesforce experience is highly desirable, including data management, report generation, dashboards
  • Previous experience in grants and scholarship administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and approach, with the ability to anticipate team needs and make improvements to existing projects
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
