Job Description

How will I help?

We have an exciting 12 month opportunity for a Senior Category Manager, within Group Procurement and Partnerships (GPP). Your role will be key in supporting the development and execution of innovative category solutions relating to the Debt Collections category.

Primarily The Role Will Include

  • Management of supplier relationships, including contract renewals, negotiations and cost analysis
  • Building relationships with stakeholders in order to be a trusted adviser, lead and influence to positive outcomes
  • Risk and compliance due diligence, a commitment to risk mitigation and process transformation

This role is a fixed term 12-month opportunity based within the Sydney location.

What do I need?

You will have a strong track record operating as a Senior Procurement Category Manager with specific experience across debt collection/ supply chain categories being most desired for this role.

You will have experience managing large multi-million-dollar contracts and suppliers and be instrumental in providing strategies and recommendations to support business outcomes. You will demonstrate strong knowledge in category management, supplier management frameworks, contract negotiation, customer insights and data analytics.

This role will see you utilise your exceptional stakeholder skills to lead, negotiate and build relationships quickly. You will be a self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results for our business.
