What This Job Involves-

Based from our VIC Head Office at 101 Collins Street, you’ll be joining one of our National clients, looking after their A-grade Industrial portfolio as a Senior PM. Your key focus will be to achieve high levels of ongoing client satisfaction and property performance by providing a high level of property management service to clients and the business.

In this role you will contribute to business development and client relationship management whilst managing a pod of Property Managers, Building Services Managers and other staff to drive deliverables and meet business expectations.

  • A minimum of 5 years property management experience together with relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally your PM experience will be within Industrial
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to client service, positive client relationships, and continuous improvement in property management services
  • Ability to l ead from the front
  • Someone who can a ctively search out opportunities with major potential benefits, trading off negative consequences and risks
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Good financial acumen
