About The Role

The Senior Transformation Analyst – Capability works with the Capability Lead to implement a specific program of work to uplift enterprise delivery capability. They are responsible for facilitating workshops, brainstorming and design processes to ensure strategic deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate team work on a specific strategic program to achieve desired outcomes
  • Support strategic program team ideation with outside-in perspective
  • Facilitate brainstorming and design process leveraging agile methodologies, human centred design, and lead methodologies
  • Identify and escalate risks and impediments; own strategic program team pulse check (daily, weekly, monthly stand-up rhythms)
  • Create compelling collateral, run workshops and training to support capability uplift
  • Liaise between team and EM Transformation Value, and Change Lead
  • Advise the strategic program team on work process and new ways of working
  • Work with the Capability Lead to help synthesize and present strategic program team output and impediments for Transformation Leadership, Executive Leadership Team SteerCo, and Executive General Manager stakeholders in the organisation

Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Economics/Econometric, Finance/Commerce, Business, Communications or equivalent desired
  • Professional Scrum Master or equivalent desired
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Strong facilitation skills and personal resilience
  • Experience interfacing with executive leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form trusted relationships at all levels of the business (needs to coordinate across diverse stakeholder group)
