Service Delivery Lead - Banking Operations

As the Service Delivery Lead in our Banking Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Deliverables

  • Client business outcomes and SLA’s

  • Improve operating efficiency and accuracy

  • Develop people

  • Develop relationships with client counterparts

  • Manage contract terms and conditions

  • Coordinate and manage assigned capability roles

  • Required experience:

  • At least 15 years supervisory experience

  • Banking sector experience

  • Management reporting experience

  • Managing measured productivity of team

  • Experience managing productivity-driven operation

  • Strong feedback and coaching skills

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management

  • Flexible to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities

  • Strong organizational skills

  • General knowledge of human resources policies and procedures

  • Ability to organize staff and supervise workload for maximum efficiency
