Overview of the Role

Located in Sydney, Australia, the Client Services Associate functions as a plan administrator, dealing with HR professionals, senior financial staff, and high-level payroll/benefits contacts on Shareworks enterprise accounts. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for analytical, detail-oriented individuals to join our close-knit team. You are a people person, and while you work well in a team environment, you can also work independently when required. You are motivated to assist Shareworks in the development and improvement of internal and external processes, helping us improve our service level, efficiency, and accuracy. You are comfortable with a high level of responsibility, managing corporate client accounts and transactions that can be worth millions of dollars.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to ensure maximum satisfaction and a positive experience for our clients
  • Maintain stock option, restricted stock, and employee share purchase plan data on Shareworks' proprietary platform
  • Process transactions related to restricted stock or employee share purchase plans
  • Answer client questions and issues as they arise and escalate appropriately
  • Regularly interact with account teams and other Shareworks contacts for assigned accounts
  • Participate in ongoing educational training to expand knowledge base
  • Deliver optimum service to our customers, including corporate client account administration and phone coverage as required
  • Track open issues and handle problem situations, escalating as appropriate
  • Resolution of errors reported by system monitoring tools
  • Production of financial and administration reports
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with Shareworks products and services
