The role:

The Operations Manager is a pivotal role working within multiple facets of the campaign operations process. Partnering with key stakeholders, including their designated sales team and relevant clients and contractors (cleaners). The Role is a management role and need your to be a quick learner, must have a CRM experience and learn to know how to manage a team overseas.

The role is responsible for ensuring excellence in client experience by having a client centric focus and acting as one touch point providing support pre, during and post campaigns for clients and contractors. This is a voice and both writing process, so applicants with extensive speaking and writing skills can apply.

  • End to end booking management for all clients/customers and checking all the daily activities before the job is performed
  • Management of the existing clients issues
  • Bookings process management including (on-the-day) issues of the jobs.
  • Responsible for production workflow management and reporting issues on the jobs
  • Providing a good customer relations and service through our customer service skills
  • Reporting on daily workflows and capacity including adherence to required timeframes

About you:

To be a successful Operations Manager, you must have the ability to prioritise workload, react to change and make key process decisions under pressure. Have a client centric approach and great communication style for both internal partners and external (contractors or subcontractors). Ensure adherence and reporting to strict deadlines. Organisational skills and a methodical approach to working are critical. You must have the ability to overcome challenges and be solution focused to provide mutually beneficial outcomes for both our customers and contractors. Can lead a team of 20 people and manage overseas call center.

In addition:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Team Leader
  • Knowledge of CRM is a must
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint is essential
  • Knowledge of Past paced environment and handle STRESS
  • Business degree/qualification desirable
