We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Credit Analyst to join our growing team. This role represents an opportunity to support an incredibly exciting, fast growing fintech, disrupting traditional consumer finance.

OurMoneyMarket's loan origination brand Handypay is a specialist home improvement "buy now, pay later' solution, meaning home improvement businesses can get paid today, whilst their customers can pay over time – that's handy!

ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is part of our Operations team to build our client portfolio through sound credit decisions in line with our Responsible Lending Guidelines .

A summary of your responsibilities include: 

  • Daily management of Inbound and outbound customer communication
  • Assessing and delivering sound credit decisions while adhering to our market-leading credit policy requirements 
  • Assisting with new and existing customer enquiries 
  • Building internal and external relationships by demonstrating superior stakeholder management techniques and customer service skills

ABOUT YOU 

  • Prior experience in credit or exposure to quality assurance, balance sheets or credit structures desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Client Consumer products, processes, and policies desirable
  • Willingness to work in support of a team 
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate information 
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce 
  • Positive, Proactive-Can Do attitude
