Be responsible for the delivery of change into the business. Opportunities exist with our customer for talented Business Analysts within the Banking/Financial Service industry that have Mortgage experience. You will act as the SME to assistance Business to understand the problem, get visibility of options and to provide recommendations leading up to funding and prioritisation of delivery tasks.


  • Proven Banking/Financial Services experience within Mortgage Loans

  • Act as SME assisting Business Formulate and define scope and objectives using knowledge of information technology and banking industry knowledge/ requirements.
  • Use strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyse and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
  • Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementation, Requirement’s traceability matrix.
  • Support and conduct visualisation, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.
  • Document requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
  • Support requirements management and change management processes.
  • Prepare, conduct and confirm elicitation results
  • Effectively prepare, plan and manage Business Analysis activities

  • Strong Banking/Financial services experience/knowledge (Mortgage Experience Required)
  • 5 or more years of experience.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Essential: interviewing, requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation; decomposition of high- level information into details; extracting low- level information; distinguishing requests vs needs; distinguishing requirements vs. solutions; classifying/ prioritizing requirements; requirements change management and traceability; identifying risks; applying creativity to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively; effective verbal/ written communication; experience in Banking industry domain.
  • Specialized: business rules modelling; develop and executing acceptance test plans and success criteria.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience
