We currently have two opportunities as Wealth Officer to join our Wealth team in Personal Banking.

As a Wealth Officer, within the Insurance and Wealth Partnerships team, your role purpose is to efficiently and effectively manage and triage Insurance & Wealth related referrals to NAB’s third party business partners. Key requirements include:

Using effective commutation skills to build rapport with customers, triage their needs effectively and perform a warm handover to the respective business partner
Stakeholder engagement with Bankers, Financial Planners & Client Services Officers
Receive inbound calls/make outbound calls in relation to financial planning and insurance related referrals from existing NAB customers
Answer customer enquiries and requests that are in scope in an efficient and timely manner
Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Ensure all client data is accurately prepared, recorded and maintained in all business systems
