In this role, you will provide a superior level of customer service while supporting financial advisers in administering and delivering client outcomes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Developing an understanding of the client database and responding to clients needs
  • Prioritising daily workload and managing administrative functions
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries
  • Liaising with fund managers, brokers and share registries
  • Implementing advisers directions
  • Working according to processes and procedures

To be a successful fit for this role you will require:

  • A strong background in administration in a highly regulated industry
  • A willingness to learn new systems/processes etc
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A warm and professional telephone manner
  • Exceptional customer service focus and skills
  • The ability to listen and take directions
