JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore Australia (VIC) is looking for a professional and motivated Corporate Affairs Officer to join our Corporate Affairs team.

The team at Moore Australia are looking for someone who will enjoy being a part of the team as much as they do.


About the role

The Corporate Affairs Officer will provide a comprehensive range of high quality corporate secretarial services to a range of clients. They will report to the Corporate Affairs Manager.

The scope of this role will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Company registrations
  • Setting up discretionary and unit trusts
  • Preparing and lodging ASIC documents
  • Registration and maintenance of business names
  • Fee preparation and management
  • General admin duties
  • Assisting with client queries and tasks as required.


About you

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Successfully completed the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years practical experience with ASIC compliance and general corporate secretarial duties
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work independently by planning and prioritising work appropriately
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate proactivity and a desire to learn
  • Display client relationship and client service abilities
  • Strong knowledge of and exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Strong exposure to corporate compliance software, including but not limited to CAS 360.
