Due to growth and expansion we have a new full time position for an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Loan Processor available in our Eight Mile Plains office.

About The Role

  • Working with one broker and one assistant in a collaborative, quality, supportive and fun environment
  • 100% paperless environment with strong emphasis on speed, technology and processes using an award-winning CRM
  • Packaging and lodging predominantly PAYG owner occupied purchases and refinances for home and investment loan applications
  • Checking bank policy and carrying out servicing calculations
  • Chasing up documents from clients
  • Writing broker notes
  • Communicating regularly with customers and key stakeholders through the loan process on the phone, via sms and email including banks, solicitors and agents
  • Post settlement duties such as follow up client calls to assist with bank on boarding, compliance checks, tight database management, client review preparation such as valuations/reports, loan pricing, variations, responding to client requirements.
About You
  • 2-3yrs+ experience in a bank as a home loan lender, in a mortgage broking office as a client service manager / loan processor or at a mortgage manager in a credit role
  • You will be looking to move into a long-term career-based position as a client service manager in a small company that will provide a high performing, fun and flexible family-based environment (note, this is not for someone looking to become a broker or manage a large team).
  • You will be autonomous and able to operate extremely fast in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • You will have a problem solving mindset, focused on taking ownership, and a passion for engaging with our clients to consistently delight them.
  • You will have a high focus on written and numerical detail and have a passion for achieving great customer outcomes.
  • You will have a keen appetite for bank credit policies and a strong appetite for getting the deal done right the first time.
  • You will enjoy being on the telephone, have excellent IT skills with Office applications, PDF editing software and embrace a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging technology and CRM systems.
