Working closely with the Leader of Accounts Receivable, Credit & Risk, the Risk Analyst will be an expert in identifying key business risks and developing effective risk management strategies to minimise those risks nationally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the assessment of all Customer Trade Credit

  • Where required, liaise or meet with external clients or customer for credit approval assessment

  • Review the Financial Statements for our customers and calculate financial ratios where applicable

  • Maintain and ensure our authorised accounts listings, limits and notes are accurate and correct

  • Collate and review a weekly summary for aged debtors

  • Compile, collate and manage accounts under Administration or Liquidation

  • Monitor debts logged with our collection agencies

  • Conduct training sessions where necessary in order to enhance the knowledge of our internal partners and off-shore partner

  • Develop and enhance centralised monitoring processes to target specific risk areas and identify exceptions for targeted risk reviews

  • Analyse risk findings to enhance risk assessment, monitoring and mitigation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and FCTG minimum standards for financial systems and processes

  • Prepare monthly reporting highlighting key business risks and focus issues

  • Assist in specific projects as and when required
