We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic casual Customer Service Representative to join our Illawarra branches in providing great service to our members with a care and commitment to making their banking experience better.

What’s Involved
  • Having conversations with members face to face and over the phone to assist them with their banking and insurance needs
  • Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve our members position
  • Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
  • Cash handling, balancing and administrative activities.
What You Will Need
  • Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment
  • Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a highly regulated financial environment
  • Sound numeracy, cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
  • An aptitude for technology with proficient computer skills
  • A genuine interest in banking and finance and want to further your skills in this industry
  • A positive and upbeat outlook and genuinely enjoy helping others and working together to achieve common goals
  • Initiative and the ability to manage multiple activities
  • The willingness to welcome change and to further develop your skills and proficiency
  • To be ready and willing to learn and have fun
  • A Driver’s License and own transport with the flexibility and availability to travel and work at branches within the region if and when required
  • The flexibility to work the hours required by the branch and being available on-call.
Please note this is a casual position and as such hours will vary from week to week.
