    Your new role
    Initially your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions for overdue accounts, whilst adhering to banking compliance guidelines. Your main role will be to recoup existing debt from existing customers and negotiate a payment plan whilst maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism. You will take on a consulting role where you will demonstrate empathy and care whilst assisting customers with tailored solutions. This role requires you to be available to work full time, on a rotating roster from Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

    What you'll need to succeed
    You will have a genuine passion for providing first class customer service. You will be able to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time. Exceptional communication skills is key along with the desire to work towards individual targets and team goals. Being resilient and able to ask probing questions is a must and previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
