Role Overview

Enterprise-wide program, deliver change across multiple programs. Senior Change Manager will need to develop change strategies yet also be hands-on in delivery. Previous experience delivering complex programs in financial services is essential, risk program experience is a bonus.

  • Develop change strategy and change plans. 
  • Map out the change impacts. 
  • Take your stakeholder group on the change journey.
  • Drive out the full range of change deliverables.
  • Develop and execute a change transition plan.
  • Manage change risks and issues.
  • Deliver change in a pragmatic style.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Senior Change Management experience.
  • Financial services experience
  • Risk experience
  • Education in Change Management discipline, PROSCI.
