Job Description

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role, with the opportunity to lead to a permanent role.

How will I help?

You will lead key CRM communication for Remediation and Compliance projects across the Westpac Group. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of customer communication from ideation to execution and review, focusing on continuous improvement of all programs. Working closely with Brand, Product, Distribution and Legal teams, you will lead the development of personalised campaigns across multi-channel experiences.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customers journeys have a rewarding and contextual experience across all channels or touchpoints, regardless of the brand or service offering. You will ensure all channels are effective and orchestrated to create the best outcome.

What do I need?

You will be an experienced CRM marketer with previous experience in a data-driven direct marketing function, with end-to-end CRM campaign management/ personalisation experience within a large corporate or agency environment.

You will have exceptional time management skills and ability to manage competing demands/projects. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to influence and negotiate within a cross-functional environment with ease. Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies highly regarded.
