Your team will be made up of Commercial & Corporate Relationship Executives, Account Managers & Analysts in Sydney’s North. We manage a diversified client base from Chatswood and provide full Business & Corporate Banking solutions.

The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $15m delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and wholesale investment advice.

We're in the business of building relationships! As a Relationship Executive, you will provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified clients with complex banking needs. Understanding the specific needs and goals of your clients will help you to use your relationships to help them understand new opportunities. You will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward and to grow our client base.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Relationship Executive or Analyst from commercial banking who is looking to join a successful & motivated team, to develop & enhance their experience within complex, high value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey. You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

More Specifically, You Will
  • Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
  • Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
  • Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
  • Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
  • Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

We Want To Hear From You If You Have
  • Experience in successfully building and leading a successful Commercial Banking or Corporate portfolio;
  • Experience in commercial lending;
  • A deep understanding of banking products and services;
  • Sound financial analysis and credit skills, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and
  • A real passion for customer service and driving new business.
