About The Role

Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent – Full Time

An excellent opportunity for an experienced and appropriately skilled person to join ANZ’s Financial Crime Compliance Team. As the Financial Crime Risk Leader for Australia, you will support the Divisional Financial Crime Advisory Lead in achieving its objectives by delivering Financial Crime advisory services for AML/CTF, Sanctions and Fraud, including governance, advice, complex compliance decisions and industry, regulatory and law enforcement engagement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive experience in Financial Crime Risk Management
  • Thorough understanding of AML/CTF and Sanctions legislation and regulatory environment and experience working in this field in financial services
  • Strong degree of know-how and ability to drive strategic initiatives
  • Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing and negotiation skills
  • Project/time management and planning
  • Good decision making ability
