About the role

Your overall responsibility as one of our Mobile Lending Managers is to achieve home loan sales targets by leveraging off existing relationships and optimising opportunities generated through community engagements, ME partnerships as well as your own proactive marketing & Business Development initiatives.

This role will see you working within the construction and manufacturing industries, and closely with our partners, superfunds and unions. With generous sales targets and endless opportunities, we’ll give you all the tools of the trade to help you hit the ground running, including your very own ME branded car as part of the package, plus all the equipment for your home office set up.

About you

You are results driven, self-motivated, someone who is always on the hunt for new and innovative ways to expand and grow your customer base – while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do. People are naturally drawn to you, you’re a confident and outgoing people person, who builds relationships easily. You take a proactive and flexible approach to your role, and you don’t shy away from public speaking either.

With your solid background in home loan sales and credit, you have a large network of existing customers (close to your own area) and a burning passion to succeed. Having an understanding and appreciation of union backgrounds will really put you ahead of the rest, this combined with your strong communication skills and high levels of attention to detail, you’re ready to apply now for this amazing opportunity at ME.
