JOB DESCRIPTION

An Investment Manager is responsible for managing the investment deliverables for clients with a strong investment profile. They have the responsibility for managing the campaign processes for placement and tracking, whilst keeping clients up to date on media performance. They are also responsible for guiding more junior team members through the buying and implementation process.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the day to day investment contact for smaller to mid sized clients, but more likely plays a support role to the investment or client director
  • To manage the workflow and quality of investment deliverables that are managed by the Executive and Associate levels
  • To ensure a high level of investment craft capability in more junior team members
  • To support the director role in people management responsibilities including; recruitment, performance reviews, development plans, feedback and training
  • Be able to compare cost/reach/impact across channels and relevancy to the campaign approach, understanding key metrics per medium and data sources.
  • To ensure workflow is seamless and innovate processes where required to improve op
  • erational efficiencies
  • Supports contract negotiations on behalf of client’s investment.
  • Delivers team productivity and buying audit goals to local and global stakeholders
  • Responsible for the delivery of accurate and insightful investment documents on time
  • Needs to work highly effectively with media owner partners


Requirements:


  • 3 - 5 years media agency experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication & presentation skills


This is a full time permanent role.

Salary band of $80,000 - $95,000.
