Join our Risk Management Group as a Senior Change Manager on the Scenario Analysis Transformation program. This program of work has defined a vision and target operating model for the various scenario analysis activities which will take place across the Macquarie Group over a 2-year period. New organisational capabilities will be required to achieve the vision across people, process, and systems.

As a Change Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of the delivery aspects of the project.

On a day-to-day basis your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building awareness and knowledge of the organisational changes brought about the program including managing and execution of all initiative related communication.
  • Liaising across business units to analyse and develop change impact assessments that will be used to identify the appropriate change interventions required to support the transition.
  • Ensuring there is good understanding of the changes and acceptance by staff during implementation phase.
  • Embedding the changes brought about by the program and aligning initiatives with other changes taking place across the Risk Management Group and Groupwide (where relevant).

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the Scenario Analysis Transformation Program
  • Develop and execute a change strategy for the program based on details of the changes and stakeholder groups impacted by the changes.
  • Work with the project team to integrate change activities into the overall program and respective initiative plans
  • Work with risk management comms and training teams to support implementation activities as required.
  • Coordinate the development and documentation of business processes where/when required to support change
  • Manage people related impacts resulting from operating model changes
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps/issues and develop and implement corrective actions
  • Have prior experience in delivering change incrementally
