We specialise in providing Life Risk Insurance, Estate Planning and Business Succession advice to business owners, executives and professionals, and we work closely with other professionals (accountants, solicitors, other advisers) to ensure that our clients' wealth is preserved and transferred in line with their intentions.

Due to our ongoing growth; 'best practice' benchmarks; strong referral networks; and a vision of continuous improvement; our Head Office located in Brisbane CBD is seeking a full time professional to join our Client Services Team.

Someone who is looking for future career progression, especially in the area of professional life risk advice is also highly desirable.

Required

The role would primarily be comprised of the following tasks, however other tasks may be required where necessary

You will be supporting our management team as well as our risk advisers.
  • All client and office administration
  • Data entry into client relationship management (CRM) systems (XPlan experience highly desired)
  • Document Production, Editing and Formatting ? Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook/Assistance with other presentation or written documents
  • Scanning and Filing
  • General Administrative Tasks
  • Typing up of dictated file notes and letters
  • Management of emails and telephone queries
  • Personal assistant support including setting up of meetings/diary management
  • Liaising with insurers and other product partners for client enquiries (eg. change of address)
  • Ordering of stationary and brochures (including PDS documents) / Postal support
  • Website and social media maintenance
  • Other tasks as requested on a need basis

Attributes And Skills Required Will Include
  • Ability to work in an open and honest manner in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail / accuracy for admin, data entry and procedure
  • Ability to actively follow up and manage tasks to completion
  • Ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills and a desire to provide customer service excellence
  • Advanced - Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Professional presentation and manner
  • Excellent spoken and written English

Experience In The Following Would Be Well Considered
  • Previous experience specifically in the area of Life Risk
  • Experience using Xplan
  • Exposure to Australian Life Insurance industry, Financial Planning Industry, Accounting Industry, Medical Industry or Legal Industry
  • Knowledge and interest in broking principles, insurance products and services
  • Commenced or completed financial planning studies meeting the FASEA (Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority) requirements will be highly regarded.
Remuneration will be based on the experience and skill set of the candidate.
