We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic client service professional to join our Brisbane Team. Our teams pride themselves in providing professional and friendly customer service. In this role you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution toward assisting our clients to achieve their financial goals. 

A Henderson Matusch (HM) Client Service Officer (CSO) plays an essential role in supporting our Financial Advisers in the provision of great advice and exceptional client service. In this fast-paced role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the advice process, working closely with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and fellow Client Service team members. At HM, we encourage career development, providing you with the opportunity to pave your career path through the financial services industry.

In this role, you will:

· Partner with Financial Advisers to provide exceptional client service to potential, new and existing clients.

· Provide accurate and timely preparation and implementation of our clients’ financial plans.

· Develop relationships with clients, understanding their present and desired situation, and work together with other business units at HM to strengthen your knowledge in order to deliver on client expectations.

· Work across the many facets of the Henderson Matusch service offering including Cashflow Management, Investment Advice, Personal Insurance, Banking, Superannuation and Retirement Planning.

· Liaise with external product providers (such as banking institutions, insurers and investment platforms) to ensure seamless implementation of advice within agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate will:

· Have at least two years’ experience in a Client Service role within either the Banking or Financial Planning industries;

· Possess a strong desire to provide exceptional service to clients;

· Have high attention to detail;

· Follow procedures and processes with enthusiasm, and be willing to assist us in improving our systems and procedures;

· Have the ability to prioritise, and effectively manage your workload while supporting other team members;

· Possess a strong desire to work as part of a close knit team;

· Have a high level of competency in Financial Planning technologies (Xplan and Xeppo would be desirable);

· Be able to adapt quickly to new software.
