About The Role

An exciting opportunity in the newly established BOQ Group Monitoring and Insights capability. Work in large programs of work to deliver monitoring and alerting using AppDynamics. Work alongside Developers and Operations teams on innovative and critical Banking solutions. Duties include but not limited to
  • Working with multiple teams to maintain and update AppDynamics Agents in Development and Live Environments
  • Tune and adjust health rules and maintain existing AppDynamics Dashboards
  • Document repeatable processes and automate manual steps
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Be the key support to Monitoring and Insights capacity, team initiative and projects
  • Clearly and consistently document and maintain up-to-date all processes, important information and key learnings the team would need to know about, on our knowledge-shared platform
About You
  • Hands on Scripting experience - PowerShell, .NET, Azure and Source control systems
  • Experience in AppDynamics is required
  • Monitoring and alert creation for large enterprises highly desired
  • Operations view essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly
  • Self-managed and able to operate autonomously
  • Problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
