We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced KYC Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting initial customer due diligence on corporate clients brought on by our sales teams. We are open to this role being full-time or part-time


On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Perform customer Due Diligence on new and existing Corporate clients in line with relevant regulatory and company standards.
  • Obtain and review documentation and reference data to ensure that all regulatory AML and KYC requirements are adhered to prior to account activation.
  • Identify key risks posed by potential and existing clients, including legal structure, industry sector, customer base, delivery channel and/or reputation
  • Undertaking individual identity verification checks
  • Unwrapping beneficial ownership structures
  • Help contribute to process and policy improvements (including reviewing policies and documenting processes) within the company operations
  • Reviewing hits on sanctions data and ruling out or escalating as appropriate
  • Checking and documenting KYC ('know your customer') information
  • Conducting monitoring on existing clients and updating data accordingly
  • Supporting and responding to sales colleagues (Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers & Fleet Managers) questions about the client onboarding process
  • Training of client-facing front-office staff in AML/CTF risks, and associated processes.
  • Liaising directly with our credit, risk and compliance teams



We are looking for people who:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Institutional KYC onboarding experience essential
  • Working knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in respect of AML/CTF and Sanctions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear and professional manner (verbally & written)
  • Strong adherence to processes
  • Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a small team/small office environment.
  • Be proactive and work independently, while adopting a positive and enthusiastic manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
  • The flexibility and willingness to learn variety of tasks across the team
  • Great time management skills
  • Possess attributes of good character, diligence, honesty, integrity and judgement
