Why we need you at 3P?


Our small but fast-growing firm offers wealth creation services across in-house Financial Planning, Accounting & Tax, Finance Broking, Property and Legal.


Planning for an aggressive growth phase in all our franchised departments, we need a standout individual to join our Financial Planning team and share in the benefits of growth and hard work. This role will report directly to the Group CEO and support his financial planning workload as he transitions out of planning into a full-time executive role.


The successful candidate will possess sound research skills to source and identify opportunities to assist our diverse client base in their wealth creation and retirement planning. You will also demonstrate a strong appetite and skill at designing, presenting, and implementing financial strategies. 


Capabilities and Qualities you must bring to 3P!


- Strong working knowledge across a variety of financial products and services such as debt management, cash management, insurance coverage, and investments.

- Proven ability to independently provide tailored strategic advice to a diverse client base. 

- Ability to undertake a comprehensive “fact-find” of the client’s personal journey, financial needs and goals, wealth creation constraints and to craft a bespoke and responsible financial plan.

- Evidence of proven people skills, such as being articulate, a patient listener and an empathetic negotiator.

- Advance level of critical thinking, emotional intelligence and problem solving.

- Willingness to actively network to attract, convert and retain high value clients and build win-win relationships.

- Ability to achieve various targets and deliver client work on time.

- Commitment to knowledge-based advice by engaging in professional development, being apprised of industry trends and researching financial markets.


Qualifications and Experience you must have!


- FASEA approved Bachelor’s degree or Graduate Diploma or Master’s degree.

- Proven work history with at least 4 years of experience in financial planning.

- Consistent track record of successful financial guidance and client retention.

- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Attention to detail and consistent accuracy with data analysis, interpretation and application.

- Highly articulate and able to unpack complex information and patiently and clearly communicate same to clients.

- Strong computer skills including across all Microsoft Office applications.

- Absolute commitment to compliance with all industry rules and regulations.
