JOB DESCRIPTION

The Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) provide a complete suite of investment operations outsourcing services for institutional asset managers. Our services encompass all asset management activities post-trade execution, allowing asset managers to focus on their core competencies of managing assets and client relationships. The Middle Office Services Asset Servicing Team is responsible for the management of corporate actions processing from announcement capture to settlements, global projects as well as partnering with our stakeholders across client service, technology, product and implementations to ensure all client SLA's are met, monitoring resiliency and focusing on trend analysis and process improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate and timely processing of Corporate Actions covering the full lifecycle from Announcement Capture to Payments
  • Timely resolution of Cash and Stock exceptions and liaise with agent banks and custodians to improve processes and client experience
  • Ensuring 100% responses are received and sent on Corporate Action elections
  • Proactively provide support to internal teams including Risk Management and Client Facing teams.
  • Understanding the control environment and ensuring daily checks on activities are completed, monitored and resolved
  • Ownership of issues throughout the resolution cycle from start to finish, by coordinating multiple cross-functional business groups if required.

To be successful you will need:
  • University degree along with experience in corporate actions and exposure to different types of corporate action events across APAC markets
  • Full lifecycle Asset Servicing product & process knowledge
  • Ability to work closely with business partners and interact with all staff levels
  • Ability to be flexible, meet target timelines, organize and prioritize work to manage through a dynamic business landscape
  • Being proactive and anticipate issues to drive initiatives to ensure results
  • Self-starter and ability to learn quickly
